Coconut Fibre is the most strongest extraction of fibre from the husk/shell of coconuts. The coir fibre is relatively water-proof and is one of few natural fibres resistant to damage by salt water. There are two kinds of coconut fibre based of their colors. Green fibre is produced by coconut that harvested after about ten to twelve months on the plant, contain pliable white fibres. Brown fibre is obtained by harvesting fully mature coconuts.
